EXCHANGE POLICY
GENERAL
RETURN POLICY
A general
return policy applies to all items not outlined with special
instructions. Please return items with their original tags
and or packaging. Please include either the original or a
copy of the sales invoice. If you have lost your receipt,
please include your name and address, along with your
payment information. Returns received without any
information regarding the return as requested above with be
sent back to the sender.
CREDIT &
REFUND POLICY
All
returns must be made within 30 days of receiving products,
saddles within 10 days, for credit or exchange. Shipping is
non-refundable and a shipping charge will be applied on
exchanged items. Returns originally place via check, money
order, gift certificates, or items received as gifts, will
receive a store credit only. Refund checks are only given
prior to pre-approval from management. Returns received
after 30 days or items sent back with signs of wear, damage
or without tags will incur a 20% restocking fee. The fee
may be waived on exchanges only or special incidents.

If you
have any questions regarding an exchange of an item or how a
product is used please call our customer service department
at 1-877-30-SPORT. We will be more than happy to help you
and answer any questions you may have.
BIT
POLICY
For
health and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept any bit for
return that has been in direct contact with the animal’s
mouth. When checking the bit for correct sizing, we ask
that you first wrap the mouthpiece before placing in the
horse’s mouth. A bit that has been ridden in and has ANY
signs of usage is also non-returnable.
NEW
SADDLE POLICY
The
saddle purchased form us must fit both horse and rider. If
for any reason you are unsatisfied, please return the saddle
immediately, unused, for exchange or credit. We caution
that full credit (less shipping and handling) can only be
given if the saddle shows no signs of wear. Saddles
returned with signs of usage will have a restocking fee
deducted from credit. All saddles are sold without fittings
unless otherwise specified.
USED &
TRIAL SADDLE POLICY
When
testing a used or trial saddle, please use a clean saddle
pad. We also encourage wrapping your leathers to minimize
rubbing. Saddles must be returned within 10 days of
receiving. If you need an extension please call for
authorization to avoid a late fee. All saddles must be paid
for before they leave the store/warehouse. If trying a used
saddle and you decide to keep it, please call us to let us
know. Trial saddles will be credited once they are returned
to us. Please be sure to clean the saddle of any
sweat/debris before returning the saddle to us. Any saddles
that have not been properly cleaned will be charged a $75.00
cleaning fee. If you have further questions please contact
customer service.
HORSE
CLOTHING POLICY
For
health reasons we are unable to accept used or worn
blankets. When trying a new sheet/blanket/saddle pad, etc.,
please try over a clean sheet or towel. If item is not a
correct fit, we will be happy to provide an exchange or
credit upon receipt of unused item. We cannot accept
personalized, monogrammed or custom orders for return.
CLOTHING
RETURN POLICY
Please
return for a credit or exchange clothing that is complete
with tags, and free from hair and debris. We cannot accept
returns on custom or special ordered clothing. Please fill
